Please contact us prior to any returns for authorization and instructions.
RETURNS

Returned items:(excluding Roof Racks & Bed Racks) are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
- This is to cover our packaging, shipping, and inspecting items.
- If an item has been installed and shows any signs of use or damage we cannot accept the return.
- When sending in a return, ensure that the item is packed well. If the item is damaged during the return trip back, we will not be able to issue a refund.

Roof Racks & Bed Racks: Because of their size and packaging, we are not able to accept returns for Roof Racks & Bed Racks.
- When Ordering, please ensure that the item is right for you before placing your order.
- Professional Installation recommended.
- Custom items, Made to order and sale/discounted items are non refundable
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
- The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
- Canceled orders for Roof Racks & Bed Racks may be subject to a 25% cancellation fee, at our discretion.
- Cancelations after 7 Days May not be accepted, at our discretion.
- Cancelation requests must be emailed Sales@racktec.co
- Custom items, Made to order and sale/discounted items are non cancellable
- Canceled orders are subject to 3-5% fee. (charges from the credit card company's we pay on every order that do not get refunded when an order is cancelled)
Damaged Goods:
- Damaged goods must be reported at the time of receipt from the shipping company.
- Please take pictures of any damaged packaging and do not discard. Packaging is required for an exchange.
- Damaged Items must be emailed with pictures to Sales@racktec.co
- Any Damaged items but be returned with the provided shipping label, once the shipment has been verified replacement item will be sent.
